3. Product Appearance and Dimensional Acceptance

Conduct full appearance inspection of trial products to eliminate shrinkage, bubbles, silver lines, scorching, scratches and layered defects. Control parting line and thimble mark height within drawing tolerance. Sample 10 consecutive mold products to detect key assembly sizes such as outline, hole position, buckle and screw column, ensuring stable data and all within tolerance. Verify product assembly performance with moderate tightness and no assembly gap deviation. Detect product warpage deformation after placement to ensure compliance with standard values. Confirm that parting surface and insert gap flash are tiny, easy to clean, and no progressive deterioration in continuous production.

4. Mechanical Moving Structure Acceptance

Test the sliding and locking stability of sliders to ensure no jamming, impact and backward displacement under high injection pressure. Check the movement of lifters to ensure smooth ejection and resetting without scraping the cavity, no top whitening and top cracking defects. Verify the stress uniformity of the ejector plate to avoid unbalanced ejection deformation. Check mold opening and closing buffer performance to ensure stable operation without violent collision and abnormal noise. Inspect mold rust prevention and dustproof structure to meet daily maintenance and long-term storage requirements.

5. Mass Production Adaptation and Safety Acceptance

Verify that mold hoisting and clamping structures are compatible with mainstream production equipment. Test all induction safety switches to ensure sensitive interlock protection and effective prevention of mold collision accidents. Complete 100 consecutive mold stability tests to confirm no gradual wear and performance attenuation of the mold. Check the convenience of mold maintenance and replacement of vulnerable parts. Ensure complete delivery documents including process parameters, size detection reports and material certificates.
